We want you to be happy with Rooted Plus. If you're not, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact Amy Ledbetter at the support email associated with the Service. Paddle will return funds to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. You'll keep access to Plus features through the end of your current paid period.
